KPO-DZIEMO: THE SANCTIFICATION CEREMONY OF THE GA-ADANGBES.

( The so called :  OUT DOORING CEREMONY )

THE CONSTELLATION SANCTIFICATION BONDING CEREMONIAL DOCTRINE WITH THE STAR "TSOTSOO-BI".

AUTHOR : NII  NAI-TETE WEB POSTED 1998

All new born babies in the deep Nubian Cultured area on the continent now called " Africa " go under their mother's and their family's protection on a very low profile. On the seventh day old of the baby, very early in the morning approximately (4:30-am to 5:30-am) begins the actual sanctification for the new born baby or babies .

In Actuality, SANCTIFICATION means TO BE FREE OF SIN or PURITY, TO  BECOME PRODUCTIVE OF HOLINESS OR SAINTLINESS AND TO GIVE MORAL SANCTIONS   (OR HALLOWED CHARACTERISTICS ) .

It is the preparation for decency and fruitful life liven, and to practice life as what it is "DIVINE SPIRITUALISM", by welcoming , receiving , protecting , blessing and naming the child or the children SANCTIFICALLY.

The Ceremony MUST be performed from the child's clan, by one immediate or close relative of the child, or the children. This person carefully chosen by the parents of the child must be either Good Hearted, Honest, Believer of this Ceremony, Strong Spirited and with a Good Reputation.

Most of the characteristics of the person who performs this ceremony shall be inherited by the child, according to the spiritual doctrine of this ceremony, which comes only once in each person's life. However it is not too late for an adult to receive this sanctification.

This priceless Legacy, the " SANCTIFICATION"   practice, is a classic Divine Spiritual Doctrine under the "KPA":-The Divine Testimony of the "ASAFO GA-ADANGBES" which has been literally translated and "ILLUSION" as "OUT DOORING CEREMONY" in the English language. The literal translation is far away from its linguistic translation, which posses a great danger to the GA-ADANGBE culture and their language.

CAUTION !

IF ANY PERSON OR PERSONS ATTEND THIS CEREMONY WITH, ENVIES, DEVILISH IDEAS OR WITH A HATRED HEART, THE PROCESS OF CONDUCTING THE CEREMONY WILL CURSE THE PERSON OR PERSONS, TO UNACCEPTABLE DEATH OR UNCONDITIONAL DESTRUCTION.

THERE IS NO FEE CHARGED FOR THIS CEREMONY. AND THERE IS NO BLOODSHED OF ANY KIND.

The ceremony finishes with a gift presentation to the child, which is normally in a material form or money and with words of blessing to the child. There is no special clothing or uniform for this ceremony except to be clean, presentable and decent with a good heart. This may turn into a party after.

BEFORE THE STEP BY STEP SANCTIFICATION CEREMONY IS PRESENTED TO YOU, YOU SHOULD HAVE THE ACTUAL LINGUISTIC MEANING OF "KPO".

ANALOGY OF " KPO ".

The word "KPO" in the English translation will be " SANCTITUDE " :- Holiness, Saintliness, ( Hallowed characteristics ). The  literal translation of the word' KPO" or "KPO-NO" is : Open area. The words Compound or Out Door will create an illusion in oneís mind and will be a disadvantage to the actual meaning of this Ga-Adangbe word (language).

The word "KPO" (SANCTITUDE) is also used  Honorably to represent a personís name, house, town, village, title to a king, or an expression of sympathy etc.. For example:

KPO-BI-WE ( KPOBI-WE) :- Clan of the "SANCTITUDE" Child, One of the clans of the La-Asafo.(Ga-Adangbe sub-nation ). BI = Child. WE = House ( Clan ).

KPO-DZI ( KPODZI ) :- " SANCTIFIER ", A village of Ada , a sub nation of the Ga-Adangbe . DZI = Redeemer , Giver.

O-KPO ( OKPO ) :- " SANCTITUDE ", Name of African DOVE ( Divine Bird )"O"= Singular pronoun of the Ga-Adangbe Language.

KPO-N ( KPON ) :- (THE "N" is silent). SANCTITUDE ", Name of a Ga-Adangbe sub nation, " Hallowed Land ".

PKO-KPO-I ( KPOKPOI ) :- " SANCTITUDE - FOOD ", ( Holy food ), HOMOWO   Yearly Atonement festival cooking with fresh ingredients only. A festival of the Ga-Adangbe Nation. The letter "I" and "A"are one of the Plural pronouns of the Ga-Adangbe Languages.

KPO-DZIEMO ( KPO-DZIEMO ) :- " SANCTIFICATION ", To become productive with holiness or saintliness, free of sin, to give moral sanction, (hallowed characteristics) .     A ceremony of the Ga-Adangbe Nation and many African Nations for children and adults. DZIEMO =The act of conducting or redeeming the sanctification.

KPO! : - "SANCTITY BE UPON YOU", An expression of sympathy, and wishing the physically and morally wounded to become Sanctified.

KPO-OO! ( KPOOO ! ) :- "SANCTIFY ", Description of Hallowed characteristics of a place or person .  "OO"= An expression of understanding in every language.

NII-OSA KPOBI ( KPO-BI ):- Name of a king, of the LA-ASAFO (LA) , one of the sub - nations of the Ga-Adangbe Nation.
